Child safety policy

A Client must be 18 years of age or older to receive a service without a parent or guardian present. If a client is under the age of 18, it is required for a parent or guardian to accompany the child and fill out a consent form. Children are only permitted in the spa when having a service.  We do not have the facilities to care for your children. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot compromise the relaxation of our clients.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. We reserve the right to determine and modify accommodations for unsatisfactory services or retail purchases to ensure that our service and quality are met.                                                   

Products

All returns/exchanges must be within 14 days of purchase and must have original receipt. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened and/or used. If products have been opened and/or used, you will be issued an in-house credit. Unopened, unused products in the original packaging and with the original receipt may be returned and have a full refund.                                           

Gift Certificate Policy

• Gift certificates may be used to purchase services and retail products at Body Relief Day Spa.
• The dollar amount shown on a gift certificate determines its value.
• Gift certificates will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
• Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
• All gift certificates must be presented when you arrive for your service(s). If you do not have your gift certificate with you, you are expected to pay in full for all services.

                                 24 Hour Cancellation Policy

• We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation of treatments.
• All missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged the full amount.
• A credit card number is needed to hold your reservation.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to ensure a full treatment session.
• Please note that we may not be able to extend treatment sessions which start after the scheduled appointment time.
• We may not be able to accommodate your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late.
• A $30.00 fee with be charged for all returned checks.
